Juliana is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Since becoming a Registered Nurse, she had a passion for the Emergency Room. She was an ER nurse in both California and in Florida. After receiving her bachelor’s degree at St. Petersburg College, she knew she wanted to be a healthcare provider. She graduated from the University of South Florida and practices in the Emergency Room and Urgent Care Centers in both Pinellas and Hillsborough County. After having over 15 years in this area, she has developed a love for patient care beyond the ER.

“I love working in the ER, however, I want to build a better provider-patient relationship. I want to help those that need personalized care in the area of wound healing".

Joshua Hoover is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who has medical experience as a paramedic as well as a an emergency room nurse in St. Petersburg, Florida. Joshua has over 20 plus years of experience serving his local communities in the field of Emergency Medicine. Joshua has not only worked as an emergency room nurse and paramedic but has traveled across the country using his expertise to teach and help other emergency medical service (EMS) operations maintain a safe work environment. Joshua has instructed and taught thousands of other healthcare clinicians in the area of emergency medicine, medical safety, and infection control. 

Joshua’s dedication to his local community and the emergency medicine field has awarded him Pinellas County Paramedic Of The Year in 2015, the Florida Health EMS Injury Prevention Award in 2016, and The John Morroni Legacy Award in 2018 for Joshua’s efforts in EMS going above the call of duty. Joshua’s experience in medical services and drive to provide safe and effective medical treatments makes him the best choice for your health & wellness needs.

Jayson Hoover is a Florida native and lifelong Pinellas County resident who plays an integral role in the family-run mission of Living Waters Health & Wellness. Raised in a home centered on faith, service, and compassionate care, these values continue to shape his work and leadership today.

As Vice President of Customer Service and Marketing, Jayson oversees patient communication, brand development, and community engagement, helping ensure every interaction reflects warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.

Outside of Living Waters, Jayson is a youth soccer coach and active church volunteer with a strong heart for mentoring children and supporting families. He is passionate about health and wellness, enjoys working out and playing beach volleyball, and, together with his wife, strives to live a non-toxic, health-conscious lifestyle that aligns with the preventive approach of Living Waters.

Jayson is married and preparing to welcome his first child. Family, faith, and service remain at the core of his life as he serves alongside his parents in caring for the community.
